• Listening, Speaking, and Reading (LSR) assessments
• Automated scoring and feedback
• Employer hiring and screening tools
• Candidate practice modules
• Skill Passport for verified communication scores

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Complete assessments honestly without using unauthorized assistance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the platform only for its intended purposes
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials on Fluentia.in are the intellectual property of Bend Reality Mentors Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, or employ third-party assistance during assessments
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Share assessment content, questions, or answers externally
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bend Reality Mentors Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

10. Termination of Accounts

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:

• If you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities
• If we detect fraudulent or suspicious behavior
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice
